A painful blow for Zamalek.. Mohamed El Sayed will be absent for 45 days due to injury

Mohamed El-Sayed, a Zamalek player, will be absent from participating with the team in the upcoming period, after suffering a severe injury during the match against Abu Qir Fertilizers in the fourth round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Mohamed El-Sayed sustained the injury while participating with Zamalek in the match, which the White team won 2-0. He left the game affected by his injury and underwent medical examinations and X-rays after its end to determine the nature of the injury and the duration of his absence.

Medical examinations confirmed that the player suffered a fracture in the metatarsal bone of his left foot, which requires him to stay away from group training in the upcoming period, until the treatment and recovery phase is completed.

The Zamalek medical staff decided to put Mohamed El-Sayed's foot in a cast to stabilize it and limit movement, which will help the fracture heal. The player will begin a treatment and rehabilitation program in the coming days under the supervision of the medical staff.

The player's absence from the field is expected to last for about 45 days, before he undergoes a new medical examination to assess his response to treatment and confirm the completion of the recovery process.

After ensuring his condition is stable, the medical staff will determine the date for Mohamed El-Sayed's return to field rehabilitation and running drills, in preparation for regaining his readiness and gradually returning to group training with Zamalek.
