Le parquet de Nanterre a annoncé le renvoi devant la cour criminelle de l’international marocain Achraf Hakimi, joueur du Paris Saint-Germain, dans le cadre d’une affaire de viol présumé remontant à février 2023.

L’enquête avait été ouverte en mars 2023 à la suite d’une plainte déposée par une jeune femme accusant le joueur d’avoir commis les faits à son domicile en région parisienne. À l’issue de l’instruction, le parquet a estimé que l’affaire devait être renvoyée devant la juridiction compétente.

Achraf Hakimi conteste fermement les accusations, qu’il qualifie d’infondées et d’extorsion. Il affirme sa confiance envers la justice française et se dit prêt à comparaître pour défendre son innocence. Ses avocats soutiennent que les éléments du dossier ne permettent pas d’étayer les charges.

En droit français, une condamnation pour un tel crime peut entraîner une peine pouvant aller jusqu’à 15 ans d’emprisonnement. À ce stade, aucune décision judiciaire définitive n’a été rendue et la procédure suit son cours.

The public prosecutor in Nanterre announced that Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi, defender for Paris Saint-Germain, has been referred to the criminal court over allegations of rape dating back to February 2023.

According to prosecutors, the investigation began in March 2023 following a complaint filed by a young woman who accused the player of assaulting her at his residence in the Paris suburbs. After completing the judicial inquiry, authorities decided to move the case forward to trial.

Hakimi has firmly denied the accusations, describing them as false and an attempt at extortion. He has expressed confidence in the French judicial system and his willingness to appear in court to clear his name. His legal team maintains that the evidence does not substantiate the allegations and continues to assert his innocence.

Under French law, a conviction could result in a prison sentence of up to 15 years. However, no verdict has been issued, and the matter remains subject to ongoing legal proceedings.

وبحسب ما أوضحته النيابة، فإن التحقيقات التي انطلقت في مارس 2023 جاءت إثر شكوى تقدمت بها شابة تتهم اللاعب بارتكاب الواقعة داخل منزله في إحدى ضواحي باريس. وبعد استكمال مسار التحقيق، تقرر إحالة الملف إلى القضاء الجنائي للنظر فيه.

من جانبه، نفى حكيمي الاتهامات المنسوبة إليه بشكل قاطع، واعتبرها ادعاءات باطلة ومحاولة ابتزاز، مؤكدًا ثقته في القضاء الفرنسي واستعداده للمثول أمام المحكمة لإثبات براءته. كما شدد فريق الدفاع على أن الأدلة المقدمة لا تدعم الاتهام، ويتمسك ببراءة موكله.

ووفقًا للقانون الفرنسي، قد تصل العقوبة في حال الإدانة إلى السجن لمدة 15 عامًا. ومع ذلك، تبقى القضية في إطارها القضائي، ولم يصدر أي حكم نهائي حتى الآن، في انتظار ما ستسفر عنه جلسات المحاكمة المقبلة.

أغلق نادي باريس سان جيرمان رسميًا ملف النزاع الذي جمعه بنجمه السابق كيليان مبابي، مؤكدًا عدم نيته الطعن أو الاستئناف على القرار الصادر في القضية.

وأوضح النادي في بيان رسمي أنه قام بسداد جميع الالتزامات المالية المستحقة، في إشارة واضحة إلى إنهاء ملف المستحقات العالقة للاعب، الذي يرتدي حاليًا قميص ريال مدريد.

ووفقًا للمعلومات المتداولة، فقد حصل مبابي على كامل مستحقاته المالية المقدّرة بنحو 61 مليون يورو، ليُسدل الستار بذلك على أحد أكثر الملفات إثارة للجدل في الساحة الكروية الفرنسية خلال الفترة الماضية.

وكان مبابي قد رحل عن باريس سان جيرمان صيف عام 2024 في صفقة انتقال حر إلى ريال مدريد، قبل أن يطالب بالحصول على مستحقات مالية تتعلق برواتب ومكافآت غير مدفوعة، وهو ما أقرّته المحكمة بإلزام النادي الباريسي بسدادها.
