Bayern Munich achieved a wide victory at the expense of their guest Bodo/Glimt, after defeating them with a score of 5-0 in the match that brought them together at the Allianz Arena stadium, as part of the first round of the league stage in the Champions League.
The first half ended in a goalless draw, after both teams failed to score, before the match's complexion changed with the start of the second half, as Jamal Musiala managed to open the scoring for Bayern in the 47th minute, giving the home team the lead.
The Bavarian team continued their pressure in search of consolidating the result, and Harry Kane managed to add the second goal in the 61st minute, before Alphonso Davies widened the gap with the third goal in the 77th minute.
Bayern was not satisfied with that, as they continued the goal festival, and Michael Olise scored the fourth goal in the 83rd minute, before the same player returned in the second minute of stoppage time and scored his second personal goal and the fifth for his team, completing the home team's five goals.
Bodo/Glimt's task became more complicated in the final minutes, after Odin Björtoft received a red card in the 88th minute, leaving the Norwegian team to complete the match with ten players.
With this victory, Bayern Munich collected the first 3 points in their European campaign, to occupy third place in the league stage table, while Bodo/Glimt remained without points in 35th place.
